All Shipping Fees paid are Non-Refundable. just in case you place a refund request.

✅ Eligibility for Refund

1. Unboxing Video Required  
   - Upon receiving your order, please record a clear unboxing video.  
   - The video must start before the package is opened and clearly show the shipping label.  
   - This helps us verify any damage, missing items, or packaging issues.

2. Timeframe 
   - Refund requests must be submitted within 3 Days of delivery.  
   - Requests made after this period may not be eligible.

3. Condition of Product  
   - Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/labels intact.  
   - Products showing signs of wear or tampering will not qualify.

4. Valid Reasons for Refund  
   - Damaged or defective items  
   - Wrong product received  
   - Missing items in the package

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a replacement, please follow the refund process and place a new order.
